Tracy Masuoka is a Data Processing Systems Analyst with the Office of Information Technology Services, School Technology Services and Support Branch, IT Information and Support Section. She supervises the IT Help Desk and helps support the DOE's various applications. Tracy has been with the DOE for over 22 years, beginning her career as an Attendance Clerk at Roosevelt High School.
