Anna Tsang is the Title VI Compliance Specialist with the Civil Rights Compliance Branch, which encompasses race, color and national origin, and includes language access. Prior to her current position, she served as an Equity Specialist supporting the Castle-Kahuku and Kailua-Kalaheo complexes.
